Welcome to the Ditchling Rise and Area Website

We are residents of the neighbourhood in and around Ditchling Rise and London Road Station. We have monthly meetings to discuss planning and other issues in the area, and also organise events like ourĀ annual street party.

NEXT MEETING: The next meeting is on Tuesday 15th May at 7.30 at 147 Ditchling Rise. All local people welcome! The agenda for the meeting is:

MAD TRAVELLINGS! We’re starting a section on residents’ travels – Madeleine (Shaftesbury Place) went to Borneo this January and sent back a travelogue via email. We hope to publish most of her writing about the trip on the website … Here’s the first extract about snorkelling off Sipadan island.

    I like the new website – the layout makes it easy to navigate, and the categories will make interesting reading as they are developed, and hopefully it will provide a forum for discussion on local issues.
